Why does justice take so long?

Why does Justice always take so long?
What's the point in punishing someone after such a long time.?
Somethings should be done on time or else they lose their relevance.
And what about the person who has suffered at the hands of crime?
Till the time he gets justice will his mind be at peace? Then if he takes it upon himself to take revenge we shouldnt say its wrong. Any person of sound mind will answer injustice by revenge. That is human nature. Any one doing otherwise has to be a saint.
And that is exactly what is happening in the case of Kasab.
How much evidence does any court need...110 people dead... isnt it enough evidence?
Then why are they taking so long to "gather Evidence"???
How much more evidence do they need?
Its already all there on Camera...Any person with eyes can see kasab carrying a gun and raoming around CST...
How long will the souls of the dead have to wait for justice? Why all this bureaucracy in a place where it is least needed? Why hasnt he been hanged or shot to death immediately after his identity was established? Till when do we keep on showing mercy who dont understand the meaning of that word?
Why... He definitely did not show any mercy when he wielded that gun on innocent people...so why should we show mercy? Some of you may think that just because the terrorists kill people. the terrorists dont deserve to be killed. That we need to tlak to them eith love and try to change their ways... but dont you think that it is very difficult to talk sense with these people... these fanatics.? Their minds have been so well toned to do all this fanatisicm that howmuchever we try, we cannot erase it. And what of the time we will spend trying to change them, During that time wont htey kill?
So is it worth taking any chances with innocent lives to change the not-so-innocent ones?
So the best way is to eliminate them... and for that we need a quick justice system.

Why Terrorism?

War has been the way of gaining power over the world for ages. We know even God Vishnu in the form of King Ram had to fight a war to get his beloved wife Seeta back from the clutches of Ravana-the king of all demons. But atleast all wasr fought had some rules. Atleast in all wars, the enemy knows you are going to attack. I don't know if war is good or bad. In fact in my opinion it is bad because it leads to bloodshed, but at least whoever fights the war knows that his life is at stake.
And all the fighting parties know what they are fighting for... sometimes it is power, sometimes it is equality, sometimes it is to redeem lost treasures. Whatever the reason at least they are bold enough to declare war. They have enough courage to show their face to the world.

But I dont understand this war in the form of terrorism. What will it achieve? arent these terrorists cowards? they hide their faces, mask their identities and then attack poor unassuming innocent people and for a reason even they do not fully comprehend.

What have they gained in Afghanistan for instance. A beautiful country with beautiful landscapes and lovely people... all turned to dust because of this terrorism. The terrorists are fanatics, i understand. But what type of fanaticism this is which leads them to kill their own brothers, their own people? Taliban said that their war was for their religion- for all Muslims in the world, but the first to be killed by Taliban were none other than the Muslims. So what are the terrorists trying to prove?

If the terrorists think they are fighting for a just cause, why don't they unite and declare a war on their enemies? why don't they come face to face with their enemies and fight them? Why do they hide themselves and attack from hidden places? Why then, like a mouse, they run back to their holes instead of showing the world who is responsible for all the bloodshed? I think they are terrified themselves. In the process of spreading terror, they are the victims of their own actions. They call themselves terrorists.. they are supposed to make common man terrified, but they themselves are such cowards.

Don't the terrorists understand that instead of making any changes in the mindset of people for good, they are painting themselves a negative picture? People will be afraid ... yes. But only ta the beginning. The more these terrorists try to spread terror, the more they will be hated. And there will come 1 day when they will face the wrath of the common man. How long will innocent people suffer? These innocent people will rise together one day and then that day will be the worst day for these terrorists. They do not know what power the common man has and I think they are making mistake in arousing this sleeping giant.

When that day comes, only God will be able to help these terrorists.

TERRORISM-THE FIGHT FOR EXISTENCE

26-11-2008.... a black date in the history of Mumbai... The date that will always be remembered in the books of India as a day of disaster. The terrorist attack on Mumbai was a First for eveyone across the world. Who would have thought that terror could come in an individual form! Bomb Blasts are a common occurence for us Indians and though they are equally shocking and sad, they are still accepted as a part of terrorism. But 10 men carrying guns and hand grenades walking freely around the busiest part of one of the most crowded cities of the world and firing at people at a point blank range without reason is something too hard to comprehend for any sound mind.
You must be wondering that why am i writing about this issue after almost a year and a half later. Well... last entire week i was running around meeting the authorities to get a list of the victims of this attack. The idea was to help the victim's families by understanding their needs and give them some kind of aid. The authorities were kind enough to give me the lists of all the victims- the deceased as well as the injured. But the list included all details of the victims... including the injuries found on them when the bodies were discovered. And that shook my whole world. Knowing that someone somewhere died on account of a terrorist attack is shocking, but i was never affected by it on a personal level. But now. its different. I am suddenly looking at names of dead people and suddenly these people become real ordinary people like me, not just someone i read about in the news... not just some victims of situation and wrong time... wrong place... There are names and there are ages and addrresses and there are families... and there are bullet holes.they are real people with real lives!!!Imagine bullet holes in a 4 year old... that sweet little child didnt even know what life and death is. Those little eyes were closed before they knew how to dream of the future. Those little heart beats lost for ever before even knowing how to beat out of fear... that little being who only knew how to love was wiped off the face of the earth out of pure hatred.... A hatred so pure, so savage, so deep rooted that it didn't see ... couldn't see ...that it was a budding life it was ending.
They call it JEHAD... thier war for religion for their"Dharma". But how would they know who followed that same religion that they were fighting for... Did they stop and ask before killing a person what his religion was??? They should have... because more than half the victims were of the same caste and followed the same religion... What kind of war is this if the principle behind it is not clear to those who are following it??? Shouldn't these Jehadis stop and ask themselves their purpose???
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION THAT CAME TO MY MIND..."why doesnt the Government do something to punish the last terrorist found alive?" Why do we feel he needs a fair trial? why are we being so humanitarian towards him when he has lost all human instincts of love and emotion? IS IT RIGHT TO LET HIM LIVE FOR SO LONG OR SHOULD HE BE HANGED?
